Overall I would recommend the Villa Vosilla as a nice place to stay overnight or for a short stay. There is also a local cab company that will get you to Hunter Mountain for a very reasonable price.
AMAZING staff especially Kathleen! Pool and hot tub are amazing. Saunas clean. Rooms have everything you need. Classic vintage decor. Night Club is really nice.
Nice resort style hotel not far from Hunter Mountain. Our room was on the second floor of an out building from the main hotel. There was no elevator thus we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The shower was a little dated - the shower head was small with one setting and the water pressure and temperature varied based on other guest's use of the water.
The restaurant (Italian cuisine) was very nice. The servings were large and my chicken parmesan was very good.
Resort definitely is stuck in the 80s and our room bathroom was really old which looked like it was mildew with caulk on it instead of caulk with mildew on it. The breakfast was ok but was what they wanted to give to you and not like you had a menu choice. The indoor pool is very dirty looking and sure was not up to my standards to go in. Everything closes in area at like 4 or 5 pm then there's absolutely nothing to do.
Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Old Italian feel to the whole place, which was a different change. Very nice dining area with a nightclub. Pool, basketball court, shuffle board, and nice seating areas with a campfire in the back of the main building. Parking was tight in the front of the buildings but had spacious parking in the back. Recommended to anyone.
Food was very good and my husband and I enjoyed the weekend entertainment. Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful in sharing directions to local shops and sight seeing locations.
