Our waitress Theresa was perfect. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in every so often to be certain we were enjoying our meal.
Very large selection of beers. Decent food quality. Hybrid of bar and market, that gives it an interesting character. A must stop in any trip to the Catskills.

They try. The ambiance is alright. The food is just ok. Go for the chicken parm as it was the only meal that came out piping hot. I got the open face steak with fries. SUPER dry and bland, room temperature. Boyfriend had a bison burger which was room temperature. The chocolates are really good in the candy shop.
Wow - ate here twice. both times AWESOME. Most recently had the open face steak sandwich. Not shaved steak, whole. NICE tender, juicy, great cut of beef for this sandwich. Had to take half home for next day...too much to eat at one sitting. Will def stop here every time we are in the Catskill area.
We asked for a water with a twist of lemon and she actually came back with a twisted lemon that we found out she had expertly peeled herself. It was a work of art. We were pleasantly surprised as we meant "a twist of lemon" as an expression but she went above and beyond to deliver our exact request.

If you come here and can ask for Theresa I highly recommend doing so. If not, I imagine you'll still have a great time. The pulled pork nachos were a delicious appetizer. The Hanger Steak was tender. And for Dessert we had s'mores that are served over an open flame right at the table so we could make them ourselves.
